Krystal Hammer serves as the Operations Pastor, maintaining day-to-day operations in the areas of business and operations management of the church, school, and daycare. She is passionate about providing systems through which all forms of ministry can move forward with excellence, guiding people toward a common goal, and inspiring others to discover their purpose.  In addition to desire for administrative excellence, Krystal also has a passion for discipleship as part of evangelism. She seeks to help those that desire to follow Christ have the foundation with which to do so. Krystal also has a deep desire to help others build relationships as a means of discipleship and oversees the groups at Open Bible Church to help facilitate a community in which all can grow in their relationship with Jesus.  Krystal and her husband Joe have three teenage boys at home, and enjoy hiking and video games together as a family. Krystal also likes reading, writing, and gardening, and shares online devotions through Driven Devos to inspire others as the walk with Jesus.
