OBC partners with a local nonprofit, SHIFT Garage, dedicated to serving low-income families, single parents, and those who are legitimately unable to afford a traditional repair shop. We meet Monday evenings at 6:30 PM to build relationships and to meet need. You do not need to be a “master mechanic” to join the SHIFT Crew, in fact there are several serving opportunities that don’t involve car repair at all. It’s more than just turning a wrench; it is doing whatever it takes to get people on the road. Join the crew. We’ll find a place for you.
