The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in creating safe and welcoming spaces, and can effectively manage menus, food ordering, inventory, budgets, and daily meal preparation. The Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor provides strategic leadership and oversight for the stewardship, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness of all Open Bible Church facilities and grounds. This position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating all custodial, maintenance, and facility operations while supervising employees, contractors, and volunteers to ensure church facilities consistently support ministry excellence.
